Leadership

August 2023- Present

As the Vice Creative Arts Head in 11th grade, my role involved collaborating with the student council to organise and execute a variety of artistic events and competitions. I was responsible for brainstorming event ideas, coordinating with teachers and students, and ensuring that each event ran smoothly. One of my most memorable experiences was organising the annual art exhibition, which showcased students’ artworks, including mine and included interactive art activities. The event was a huge success, drawing participation from across the school and fostering a vibrant artistic community.

In 12th grade, I took on the role of Captain of Ruby House. This position gave me the opportunity to lead and inspire my house members in various inter-house competitions, ranging from sports to academic contests. I organised several events, including a sports day and a talent show, which were aimed at building team spirit and encouraging participation. Under my leadership, Ruby House saw increased enthusiasm and collaboration, leading to many victories and a strengthened sense of unity among the members. These experiences not only honed my organisational and leadership skills but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for teamwork and creativity.
