In 2023, I co-founded Rcasa, a home décor and lifestyle brand, alongside my sister during 11th grade. The name “Rcasa” blends “R,” symbolizing “redefined,” with Casa, meaning “home,” encapsulating our vision of transforming living spaces into canvases of self-expression and creativity. Our brand offers a diverse range of products, including stylish candles, unique figurines, vibrant planters, and elegant vases, alongside essentials for the kitchen, dining, bed, and bath. One of our standout features is our focus on gifting, providing curated collections perfect for special occasions.

To engage with our community and showcase our latest creations, we host monthly exhibitions that allow customers to experience our products firsthand. These events not only promote our brand but also foster a sense of connection and creativity within our audience. Co-founding Rcasa has been a rewarding journey, allowing me to develop my entrepreneurial skills while pursuing my passion for design and home aesthetics.

Skyways Group

August 2023- Present

During my internships at Sls Skyways Group and Asia Shipping, I gained invaluable experience in both logistics operations and marketing. At SLS Skyways, a reputed logistics firm, I focused on enhancing their brand presence through digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and content creation that resonated with their target audience. This increased their online engagement and improved brand visibility.

At Asia Shipping, I was involved in developing marketing materials and executing branding initiatives that highlighted the company’s global reach and expertise in shipping and logistics. I collaborated with the sales team to design promotional content and assisted in organizing events and posts to strengthen client relationships.

Moreover, my time at these firms taught me the significance of strategic communication in the logistics sector. I had the opportunity to work closely with the business development teams, where I analyzed market trends and customer feedback to craft targeted marketing strategies. This involved conducting competitor analysis and identifying areas where the companies could differentiate themselves.

I also played a role in rebranding efforts, ensuring that the company’s message was consistent across all platforms. My involvement in these projects not only honed my marketing skills but also deepened my understanding of how effective branding can drive business growth in the logistics industry. These experiences have solidified my interest in combining logistics with strategic marketing to create impactful results in a competitive market.

Additionally, these internships provided me with hands-on experience in logistics management, where I learned about supply chain processes, inventory control, and the importance of timely delivery. This blend of marketing and logistics knowledge has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
